Roofing Production Manager
About The Position
The Durable Slate Company is an award-winning historic roofing contractor established in 1986. We specialize in premium historic roofing services, including slate, copper, and clay-tile roofing, and are known for our commitment to quality, integrity, and preservation excellence. Through our “finials to foundation” approach, our in-house team of preservationists, conservators, and highly skilled craftspeople delivers custom solutions tailored to the unique needs of every project. Our projects are frequently recognized for exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience is acceptable
- Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment
