Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or production coordination
• Experience with CRM or project management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule roofing and waterproofing projects
• Communicate with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project progress, timelines, and material deliveries
• Assist with job costing, budgeting, and documentation
• Ensure all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records in company systems
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
