About The Position

Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously while keeping crews on track and ensuring the job gets done right for our customers. Tri-State Roofing is a family-owned roofing company providing residential and commercial roof replacement, repair, and gutter protection services throughout the region. Requirements

5+ years in roofing with hands-on experience as a foreman, crew lead, or project manager
Leadership experience
Able to schedule jobs, manage timelines, and keep multiple projects running
Holds crews responsible for performance, quality, and timelines
Keeps crews, customers, and the office aligned throughout each project
Handles issues in real time and keeps jobs moving forward
Treats customers, crews, and partners with honesty and respect

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate roofing projects, crews, materials, and timelines
Oversee daily roofing operations across multiple active job sites
Serve as the main point of contact for foremen and crews during active projects
Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicate with customers to provide updates and address questions
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews are prepared for each job
Troubleshoot job site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
Perform final walkthroughs to ensure completion, cleanup, and customer satisfaction
