About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring a full-time Roofing Technical Representative to support sales representatives from its Fort Wayne, Indiana office. The role involves visiting customer locations to inspect roofs, communicating with customers about roof condition and problem areas, and measuring roofs to estimate the roofing materials and labor needed for reroofing. The representative works closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for customer proposals and assists with marketing to develop new accounts.

Requirements

• Organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and bid estimating software.
• General construction or roofing knowledge, or a goal to sell.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with thermoplastic, BUR, metal, shingles, tile, SPF foam, EPDM, and coatings; training may be provided to the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and inspect roofs.
