About The Position

For over 40 years, Empire Roofing Corporation has built a reputation for excellence across Canada and the U.S. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Foreman to lead our roofing service crews. Our success is driven by teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to quality and safety. As a Service Foreman, you will oversee roofing service projects, lead crews, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll act as the key point of contact on-site and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of TPO and flat roofing systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work as needed
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• CSA-approved safety gear and tools
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial job sites
• Inspect roofs and assess repair requirements
• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO and other roofing systems
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Train and mentor labourers and technicians
• Manage tools, materials, and job site logistics
• Communicate with management and clients regarding project status
• Travel to job sites, including out-of-town assignments
