Requirements
- 2–3 years of commercial roofing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial roofs for leaks, defects, and damage
- Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO and other flat roofing systems
- Apply sealants, patches, and waterproofing solutions
- Complete service reports and document work performed
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
- Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town assignments
