Requirements
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid Working at Heights Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with roof inspections and identifying visible damage or leaks
- Help install and repair roofing systems, including TPO membranes
- Clean and prepare roof surfaces, remove debris, and apply sealants
- Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required protective equipment
- Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town work
