Roofing Sales Representative – High Earning Potential
About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives for its Fort Myers, Florida team. This is a field-based sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, leads, paid training, and support from dedicated production and operations teams. Roofing experience is not required; training and tools are provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and potential growth into leadership. Compensation is performance-based, with stated earnings of $70,000–$80,000 in year one, $90,000–$100,000 in year two, and $110,000 or more in year three; top performers may earn beyond those ranges. W-2 or 1099 opportunities are available based on experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience.
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience.
- An existing network or book of business for experienced representatives.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and generate new business.
- Conduct roof inspections after receiving training.
