CDL-A Drivers – High Earning Potential + Home Weekly
About The Position
Drive dedicated regional dry van freight on a FAMILY DOLLAR account based in St. George, Utah. The position pays an average of $1,950 per week, with top weekly earnings of $2,450. Pay is mileage-based, with additional pay per load and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Average annualized pay is $101,302, and top annualized pay is $127,295. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset, with a consistent 6:00 AM start time. Shifts may last up to 14 hours. Days off vary with freight demand and usually fall on weekdays. Drivers living in Las Vegas may instead stay out for two weeks at a time, followed by three days at home. The role is based in St. George, UT, and the delivery territory includes AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NE, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed. Equipment includes tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
- Ability to safely unload freight using rollers and repeatedly climb in and out of trailers.
- Ability to work shifts of up to 14 hours and meet regional route requirements.
