About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and hiring motivated people to help homeowners recover from storm damage. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and tools to support professional growth, with uncapped earning potential. First-year performers are reported to earn $100K–$150K+, and top earners make $250K+ annually. Training compensation includes base pay, per-claim pay, and commission. A full benefits package is available after 60 days. The work environment is described as fast-paced and competitive, with incentive trips, sales contests, team events, and growth-focused leadership.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated and competitive.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable working outdoors.
- Have a valid driver's license and a pickup truck, or be able to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- No prior roofing experience is required; the company hires for attitude, work ethic, and coachability.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and build relationships with homeowners.
- Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
- Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval.
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Generate referrals and build long-term relationships in the assigned territory.
