Roofing Sales Manager in Training | $150K–$300K+ | Leadership Fast Track
About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Nashville market and seeking experienced roofing sales professionals ready for leadership. This role is a paid leadership development program for high-performing roofing professionals who want to earn at a high level while learning to recruit, coach, develop, and lead a sales team. The program includes 180 days of paid training in Dallas, Texas, focusing on advanced sales, storm restoration, project management, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development. The goal is to prepare individuals to lead and build the Nashville market upon their return.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
- Residential storm restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
- Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX before returning to Nashville
Nice To Haves
- Previous formal management experience is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for proven producers with the potential and desire to lead.
Responsibilities
- Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
- Meet with homeowners and perform property inspections
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
- Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
- Recruit potential sales representatives
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
- Mentor newer representatives through the sales process
- Lead by example through personal production
- Help drive accountability and team performance
- Support the growth and development of the Nashville market
