About The Position
The Romance Business Development Manager leads business development across designated market areas in the U.S. South, Southeast and Southwest, with the goal of growing weddings, honeymoons, proposals, vow renewals and special-occasion travel to The Bahamas. The role develops and executes market-specific sales and marketing plans tied to revenue and lead targets, identifies high-yield feeder markets, and tracks performance through leads, bookings, room nights and revenue.
