About The Position

Isola is hiring a C Shift Roll Puller at its Chandler, Arizona facility. The Roll Puller locates and stages Prepreg rolls for processing in CPP/Collation and operates a stand-up forklift. The role also performs and cross-trains in several skill-level A-B positions, including Packing and Material Handling within the CPP department. CPP is a safety-sensitive environment. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Overtime extended shifts and weekend work are required. Compensation is $22 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow work instructions, communicate safety information, and complete job-related documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with supervisors and team members to support safe and efficient operations.
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Previous experience operating a forklift or other powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Locate, review, and understand the roller process, including accurately placing rolls in and out of the inventory tracking system.
Monitor temperatures and humidity in the storage room.
Maintain, complete, and record materials usage and product traceability in computer systems.
Communicate and work closely with the next shift operator to ensure a smooth shift handoff.
Report and resolve discrepancies when found.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
Assist other operators to ensure timely shipment of products.
Perform and cross-train in skill-level A-B positions, including Packing and Material Handling within the CPP department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
