About The Position

Isola is hiring a Roll Puller at its Chandler, Arizona facility. The role locates and stages Prepreg rolls for processing in CPP/Collation and requires operating a stand-up forklift. The operator also performs and cross-trains in several skill-level A-B positions, including packing and material handling within the CPP department. CPP is a safety-sensitive environment.

The schedule is 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work are required. Compensation is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow work instructions, communicate safety information, and complete job-related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with supervisors and team members to support safe and efficient operations.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Ability to work the stated schedule, including required overtime, extended shifts, and weekend work.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience operating a forklift or other powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Locate, review, and understand the roller process, including accurately placing rolls in and out of the inventory tracking system.
• Monitor storage-room temperatures and humidity.
• Maintain, complete, and record materials usage and product traceability in computer systems.
• Communicate and work closely with the next-shift operator to ensure a smooth shift handoff.
• Report and resolve discrepancies when identified.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
• Assist other operators to ensure timely shipment of products.
• Perform and cross-train in skill-level A-B positions, including packing and material handling within the CPP department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
