About The Position

Isola is hiring a C Shift Press Operator for its Chandler, Arizona facility. The role performs and cross-trains in several Skill Level A–C positions, primarily within the Press area, including Press Operator, Breakdown Operator, and Lay Up Operator duties. Work is scheduled from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday, plus every other Wednesday. Overtime-extended shifts and weekend work are required. Compensation is $24 per hour.

Candidates must have prior machine operating experience and be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read and follow work-related information. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report.

For internal applicants, eligibility requires completion of the 90-day new hire or transfer probationary period unless otherwise approved by the employee’s direct supervisor, good standing at the time of application, and satisfactory ongoing performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Active Written Warnings and Final Written Warnings mean an employee is not in good standing; Written Warnings remain active for six months from issuance.

The physical requirements may include standing for up to 12 hours per shift, frequent bending, reaching, and grasping, and lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds. Requirements
