PRESS OPERATOR - C Shift
About The Position
Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and a U.S. manufacturer of tile and natural stone, is hiring a Press Operator for its manufacturing team. The role monitors press equipment, makes minor equipment adjustments, and inspects tile for quality defects during manufacturing. It also involves operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product as part of shipping and receiving. The position requires following standard operating procedures, reporting equipment or process problems to a supervisor, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Monitor efficient operation of press equipment.
