About The Position

Dexory is seeking a reliable Robotics Logistics Associate to pack and dispatch high-value robotics from its facility in Wallingford to global partners. The role combines careful handling and presentation of sensitive machinery with mechanical assembly and physical logistics work. The position is Wallingford-based when not travelling. The successful candidate will work across teams to prepare outbound goods and help ensure that robots and equipment are moved and shipped safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience using hand and power tools, particularly impact drivers and screwdrivers, for technical assembly or heavy-duty packing.
• Experience handling fragile, high-value, or sensitive equipment with close attention to detail.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of moving large robots and loading transport vehicles.
• A collaborative attitude, ambition to learn the robotics field, and commitment to high standards.

Nice To Haves

• Background in warehouse operations, shipping, or fulfillment.
• Experience with dangerous goods export.
• Valid forklift license.
• Shipping experience, including IATA, IMDG, or ADR.

Responsibilities

• Custom-pack and secure high-value robots and spare parts in specialised transit cases to protect them during transit.
• Use manual and power tools to assemble and secure robots and seal heavy-duty export crates.
• Safely maneuver robots and large equipment onto vans and other transport vehicles.
• Document outgoing shipments and ensure outbound shipment paperwork is complete.
• Handle dangerous goods shipments by air, sea, and road.
• Operate a forklift to move heavy crates and manage dispatch-area space.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare outbound goods across Client Operations.
