About The Position

The Robotics Clinical Specialist is part of Zimmer Biomet’s Technology Launch team and promotes and supports technology-centered product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, this role educates, trains, and assists key stakeholders in the sustainable use of technology so customers can achieve their technology program goals. The position involves developing account-specific launch plans, training surgical teams on the ROSA™ system and other technologies, and supporting new account onboarding and technology cases. Travel is up to 75%.

Requirements

Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical sales experience, or one year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
Proven track record of achieving strong results.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline preferred.
An Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
Lead surgical teams through training pathways that educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies.
Partner with the Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attending system installations, providing in-services to relevant facility staff, training local implant sales colleagues, and providing clinical support during technology-enabled cases.
Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
Perform key administrative duties.
Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearance.
Follow internal communication and documentation policies, including QA policies.
Attend annual trainings as required.
