About The Position
Coury Hospitality is hiring a Roadie – Events & Banquets / Catering Concierge for the on-site team at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. The role supports corporate gatherings, weddings, and other events by delivering personalized guest service, coordinating event details, and working with hotel teams to help ensure events run smoothly. The position is offered part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and event schedules.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and event organizers professionally and warmly.
- Serve as a point of contact for guest requests, questions, and special arrangements.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
- Coordinate last-minute changes with culinary, banquet, audiovisual, and other hotel teams.
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to confirm setups and event requirements.
- Support food and beverage service in partnership with banquet captains, servers, and other team members.
- Monitor event flow and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate vendor arrivals and communicate event details.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence and uphold Hard Rock service standards.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in event spaces.
- Share guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
- Assist with post-event breakdown and prepare spaces for subsequent events.
