About The Position

BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid program for new graduate nurses entering home care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Nurses receive in-depth paid training from day one, with Clinical Managers supporting their transition into the field and helping them build confidence in their skills. The role provides one-on-one patient care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to explore nursing interests. The program offers flexible scheduling around the nurse’s availability, short commutes working close to home, electronic charting using Statewise, and around-the-clock clinical support. RN NRP pay starts at $30 per hour, then ranges from $33 to $43 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
• Maintain CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients in home care settings.
• Care for clients of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Use Statewise for electronic charting.
