About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join its Healthcare Team at Anchor Lodge in Lorain, Ohio. The RN assesses residents’ needs, administers medications and treatments, and supports residents and their families. The position offers a competitive wage based on experience and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Sprenger Health Care operates senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina, providing nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation.

Requirements

Hold a current, unrestricted RN license issued by a state nursing board.
Have valid CPR certification.
Have proven RN experience in various clinical settings.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
Adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ health by interviewing them and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and medical information.
