About The Position

Collaborates with the physician and healthcare team in delivering patient care using the nursing process. Provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, educating patients, and maintaining medical records. The position is in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMU) at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land and is for night shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience classifications: RN I is less than 1 year; RN II is 1–3 years; RN III is 3–10 years; RN IV is 10 or more years.

• Bachelor of Nursing preferred.
