About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Sugar Land, Texas, to provide friendly, energetic customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas greet customers, build genuine connections, help them explore the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks while keeping pace with customer demand. The role involves teamwork, maintaining a tidy workspace, and following food safety standards. This is an active, physically demanding position. Broistas spend extended periods on their feet, may work shifts of up to 10 hours, and may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds. The role requires readiness to work in varied weather conditions, reliable transportation to scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and participation in training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Dutch Bros describes a supportive, growth-oriented crew environment and offers opportunities for advancement within shops, headquarters, the Emerging Talent Program, and warehouse or fulfillment operations. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $7.25 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
