About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The role involves traveling to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region and providing resident care as needed. The RN partners with colleagues and residents while supporting the organization’s mission and reputation for caring for people’s loved ones. Benedictine and its ministry partners are a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization is guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice, and aims to foster a supportive culture that helps residents and team members grow and succeed.
Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel to facilities within a designated Benedictine region and provide care as required or needed.
