About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The role involves traveling to multiple facilities and providing care within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The RN partners with associates and residents to support Benedictine’s reputation for caring for people’s loved ones. Benedictine and its Ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization emphasizes Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice and aims to provide a comforting, empowering culture for residents and team members, with opportunities for growth and success.
Requirements
- Hold a current state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel to facilities within a designated Benedictine region and provide care as required or needed.
