About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care-giving team. The RN Float travels to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed and provides care to residents. Requirements

Hold a current state RN license in good standing.
Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
Travel to facilities within a designated Benedictine region and provide care as required or needed.
