About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join its compassionate care team. The role involves traveling to multiple facilities and providing care within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The RN partners with the organization to care for residents and support its reputation for caring for people's loved ones. Benedictine and its ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. Its core values are Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice, and it aims to provide a comforting and empowering culture for residents and associates.
Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel to and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
