About The Position

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse works within the organization’s policies and procedures, demonstrates professional growth and accountability, maintains standards of practice, and coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff to provide quality nursing care.

Requirements

Graduate of a nursing program.
New graduates of a nursing program are eligible.
Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
