Requirements
- Active MN RN license.
- Experience in home health, med-surg, rehab, or similar.
- Strong clinical judgment and independence.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Skilled nursing visits in homes and care settings.
- Wound care, assessments, medication management.
- Patient and caregiver education.
- Coordinate with physicians and care teams.
