About The Position

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a special full-time RN. The RN is responsible for daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care in collaboration with nursing staff and other health care professionals. The role is accountable for effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care, and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. The RN ensures that variations based on individual patient needs are justified and well documented, and assists with the management needs of the Nursing Unit.

Requirements

• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience is preferred but not required.
