About The Position

Join Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas as a Registered Nurse on the Float Pool Telemetry team. The Float Pool serves high-acuity patients across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU units, with patient ratios varying by unit. This position is a full-time night role with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 2 years of Med Telemetry experience in an acute-care inpatient hospital setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Float Pool experience is highly desired but not required.
• Experience with insulin, stable drips, and NIH assessment is highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in Float Pool assignments across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and PCU units.
