About The Position

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for its CVICU department. The RN is responsible for daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care in collaboration with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The role ensures effective use of available resources, maintains established standards of care, and helps achieve patient outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. The RN ensures that variations in care based on individual patient needs are justified and well documented, and assists with the management needs of the nursing unit.

Requirements

• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in West Virginia or a valid compact-state nurse license.

• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
