About The Position

Our client is seeking an RN for a CVICU position in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is a 3x12 night shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed credentials, screenings, and health documentation and be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination within 12 months
• TB skin test within 12 months
• MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
• Respiratory fit test within 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
