About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for Skilled Nursing. The role monitors and assists nursing staff in providing superior resident care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of administered treatments, as well as quality assurance and performance improvement activities. The supervisor oversees RN, LPN, and CNA staff during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. The position is located at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110, and offers three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend. The anticipated pay range is USD $37.15–$46.45 per hour. Applicants must comply with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
Current registered nurse license in the state where practicing.
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to obtain it.
Food handler’s certification where required.
Courteous and professional manner in interactions with others.
Customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
At least 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, with supervisory experience preferred.
Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
