CNA Full Time Skilled Nursing
About The Position
Vi at Bentley Village is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its skilled nursing setting in Naples, Florida. The role works full-time day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., consisting of three 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend required. The CNA assists licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents, including activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining and tray services, escort services, vital signs, weights, and other assigned care duties. The CNA also participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and reports changes in residents’ conditions as they occur. The position requires compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process. The stated pay range is $18.07–$21.69 per hour.
Requirements
- Current state Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Experience is required.
- Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
- Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified.
- Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
- Basic computer skills or ability to learn.
- Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with geriatric clients.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Perform light housekeeping, dining and tray services, and escort services.
- Perform vital signs and obtain weights.
- Complete other care-related duties as assigned.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
- Notify the care team of resident changes in condition as they occur.
