About The Position
Cypress Cove is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for The Lodge, its skilled nursing facility. CNAs provide direct care to residents, support their physical and emotional needs, and help with day-to-day activities while building relationships. The role is an overnight shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with pay starting at $17.87 per hour based on experience. The Lodge has earned multiple Five-Star Quality Ratings.
Requirements
- Valid Florida CNA license.
- Interest in and compassion for older adults.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Time management skills to ensure residents receive the best level of care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to residents and help with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain resident comfort and safety.
- Observe residents and respond to call bells promptly to determine their needs.
- Advance nursing skills while working in a fast-paced community.
