About The Position

Brookdale is seeking Registered Nurses for its Skilled Nursing Unit, with full-time and part-time positions available. The RN implements and coordinates resident care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel, directs resident care, makes timely rounds to support continuity of care, documents pertinent care information and observations of residents’ conditions and behavior, and uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. An RN license is required. Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate care delivery in collaboration with physicians and resource healthcare personnel.
Direct resident care, including making timely rounds to ensure continuity of care.
Document pertinent information about care and observations of residents’ overall condition and behavior.
Use the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure overall resident care.
