About The Position

BAYADA’s Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for infant, pediatric, and adult care to join the Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes, with one-to-one client care and opportunities to build relationships and observe clients’ milestones. Clients are located in Quakertown, East Greenville, Pennsburg, Perkasie, Hatfield, and Lansdale. Nurses may choose among day, evening, and overnight shifts, with traditional shift lengths of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours. No weekend requirements are stated.

Nurses travel to one nearby client on a schedule they choose. They follow, carry out, and document physicians’ orders; assess and monitor clients; document observations, interventions, and evaluations; and report changes in a client’s condition to the Clinical Manager and physician. Nurses are empowered to perform skills autonomously in the home. BAYADA provides onboarding and training, regular check-ins, and support from Clinical Managers and office staff.

Pay is $32–$35 per hour, with enhanced rate options up to $37 per hour depending on acuity and shift worked. BAYADA states that it complies with applicable state and local mandates and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you according to a chosen schedule.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
• Perform nursing skills autonomously in the client’s home.
