About The Position

Peak Resources is seeking full-time RN Supervisors to join its team at Peak Resources Gastonia, a skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living facility in North Carolina. The Registered Nurse may initiate and implement health care plans and perform other nursing duties within the scope of practice. The role encompasses the full scope of nursing and involves all steps of the nursing process, with independent and comprehensive practice. The RN Supervisor directs the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and licensed personnel in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, facility policies, procedures, and guidelines. Infrequent travel within North Carolina may be required. Two weekend schedules are listed: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., plus Wednesday, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; or Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., plus Tuesday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state.
Current BLS CPR certification, including an in-person skills assessment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of nursing supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility.

Responsibilities
