About The Position

Belton Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Super Float Pool. The Float Pool Nurse works collaboratively with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, supporting quality outcomes, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director, the Super Float RN provides patient care in Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and PACU. The role is supported by staffing resources, technology, supplies, and ongoing clinical education. No travel is required. Belton Regional Medical Center is an 80+ bed acute care facility serving southern Jackson and northern Cass counties, with inpatient and outpatient services.

Requirements

Registered Nurse.
Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (RN).
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
Two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
Provide patient care in Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and PACU under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director.
