About The Position
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Riviera Beach, FL and the surrounding areas. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/Medication Management and Infusions. Serving both Private Duty and Medicare Patients. We are hiring for both Start of Care and Follow up nurses.
Requirements
- Prior Home Care in Home Visit and Oasis Experience
- Valid FL Nursing License
- EVV - Kantime Software
Nice To Haves
- Spanish Speaking a plus
