About The Position
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Visits in North Port, FL and the surrounding areas. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/Medication Management, and Infusions. They serve Private Duty, LTC, Commercial Insurance, and Work Comp Patients. They are hiring for both Start of Care and Visit nurses.
Requirements
- Prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience
- At least 1 year of Nursing Experience
- Valid FL Registered Nursing License
- EVV - Kantime Software experience
- Subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
