About The Position
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN/LPN for SOC/ Follow up Visits in Punta Gorda, FL and the surrounding areas. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. We service Private Duty, LTC, Commercial Insurance and Work Comp Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses.
Requirements
- Prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience
- At least 1 year of Nursing Experience
- Valid FL Registered Nursing License
- Valid LPN License
- At least 1 year of Home Care Experience
- EVV - Kantime Software
- Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
