About The Position
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in West Palm Beach, FL and the surrounding areas. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/Medication Management and Infusions. We are hiring for both Start of Care and Visit nurses. This role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
Requirements
- Prior Home Care in Home Visit and Oasis Experience
- Valid FL Nursing License
- EVV - Kantime Software
