About The Position
Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN for SOC/Oasis & Follow up visits in Wellington, FL and the surrounding areas. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/Medication Management, and Infusions. Patients include Private Duty and Medicare Patients. We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses.
Requirements
- Prior Home Care in Home Visit and Oasis Experience
- Valid FL Nursing License
- EVV - Kantime Software
