About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, high-quality, individualized care to patients, making assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing patient care plans. The RN collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and demonstrates sound clinical judgment, a patient-first mindset, urgency, and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment. The role is expected to meet discipline-specific productivity standards and demonstrate competency in patient care during field observation by the clinical supervisor. The RN completes and submits documentation according to established guidelines, ensures physician orders are present and correctly written, documents follow-up on identified problems, and reviews and documents clinical progress toward goals.
Requirements
- One year of home health nursing experience within the past five years.
- Alternatively, one year of acute care Med/Surg, Tele, or ICU nursing experience within the last five years may be considered only when adequate staffing allows.
- Registered Nurse license in California.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days.
- California driver’s license.
- Auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Public Health certificate.
