About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join its Washington Township Skilled Nursing team, serving clients throughout Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties. Nurses provide compassionate, high-quality, reliable one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts, hands-on care with one client, opportunities to build client relationships and observe milestones, and care for clients ranging from infants to geriatric adults.

Nurses travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule they choose. The role includes carrying out and documenting doctors’ orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients’ conditions, and recording observations, interventions, and evaluations. A minimum of one ongoing shift per week is required. Available shifts include morning, evening, or overnight schedules, typically in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments. The advertised pay range is $34–$42 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Have a passion for adult and/or pediatric care.
• Work at least one ongoing shift per week.

Responsibilities
