About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for intentional one-to-one care to join its Beaver County skilled nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients and their families in clients’ homes. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work on a schedule they choose. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours, hands-on care with one client, and the opportunity to build relationships and follow client milestones. Clients range in age from infants to older adults. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling based on availability, short commutes near home, paid time off, and a nurse referral bonus. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse’s home on a chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide hands-on one-to-one care and build relationships with clients.
