About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for intentional, one-to-one care to join its Allegheny County skilled nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality care to clients and their families in clients’ homes. Nurses care for one client at a time, with client ages ranging from infant to geriatric, and build relationships while supporting clients’ milestones. Private duty nursing offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, or 10 hours. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work on a schedule based on their availability. The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes near home, paid time off, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near the nurse’s home on a schedule chosen based on availability.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Provide hands-on, one-to-one care and build relationships with clients.
