About The Position
Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets applicable Joint Commission requirements and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting requirements. The position is 36 hours weekly, with a 0.9 FTE and a night rotation. A straight night-shift differential of $5.50 per hour is offered.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the appropriate state(s) of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
